We are focusing in our practice mainly on Commercial Law, primarily on corporate law, commercial obligations, establishment and alteration of companies, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence analysis and further on Civil Law and Labour Law.

In all above mentioned matters, we also ensure the representation of our clients, who are currently both inland and foreign persons and companies as well as leading transnational corporations operating mainly in the field of trade and real estate business, in proceedings at courts and other authorities. In closely cooperation with leading executor offices, we also ensure debt collection for our clients.

Our offices are mainly orientated on long term cooperation, but pursuant to claims of our clients we provide legal services also in individual matters (ad hoc).
