Petra qualified as an attorney in January 2001, having been a trainee at Fiala, Profous, Maisner a spol. since 1997. She specializes in commercial law, corporate law, civil law (including real estate), labour law and debt collection. Petra provides comprehensive legal services related to business start-ups, mergers (including related due diligence surveys) and has further specialist experience in green field projects, including investment incentives. Petra studied at the Law Faculty of Charles University, Prague, having graduated from a Prague grammar school and a high school in Rochester, New York. She is able to provide legal services in English.
